Selling property in Dubai is easier than ever as the Ministry of Lands has teamed up with major developers

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has signed an agreement with seven real estate developers in Dubai authorising them to use DLD's registration systems to manage their real estate transactions.
The aim of this initiative is to strengthen cooperation with the private sector and improve the services provided to the public through electronic departmental systems, which will contribute to reducing transaction times and simplifying procedures.

- Binghatti Properties
- Aldar Properties
- Sobha Realty
- Azizi Developments
- Danube
Dubai real estate transactions
These companies will use the advanced registration systems developed by DLD to provide highly efficient and high quality services to Land Office customers.
Majid Al Marri, director general of the Dubai Land Authority's property registration sector, said: "Through this partnership, we aim to strengthen confidence in the real estate market, ensure greater protection of investors' rights and speed up and simplify procedures in line with transparent governance standards.
"Increasing the level of partnership with the private sector and achieving integration with government services remain top priorities for us.
"This will ensure the delivery of proactive property services, increase awareness, trust and transparency in the sector and strengthen its sustainability and future readiness."
